Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Serenity at Kanam Estate 3 weeks prior to arrival by credit card.

For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 4 days prior to arrival: additional charge of the first night will be made to credit card by Serenity at Kanam Estate. In peak season: 21 to 8 days prior to arrival: hotel shall retain 25% of the charge of reserved room nights; 7 days to 4 days prior to arrival: 50% retained; 3 days or less prior to arrival: 80% of total room cost retained.
