The hotel is not responsible for delay in flights and unforeseen eventualities. We suggest you take out insurance to cover cancellation in these instances. If a confirmed booking is cancelled: During the months October to March, no refunds will be given. From April to September, if bookings are cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, guests receive a 90% refund of the payment;15-30 days prior to arrival, 50% refund; less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refund. No shows and early departures will not receive a refund.
