Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional deposit of 50% of total is charged by Southern Cross Beach House in local currency one month prior to arrival (or full balance payment if only staying one night).
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Southern Cross Beach House by credit card at time of stay.

For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 28 days prior to arrival: 25% of the additional deposit will not be refunded to credit card by Southern Cross Beach House; for any cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the additional deposit will not be refunded to credit card by Southern Cross Beach House; for any cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival: 75% of the additional deposit will not be refunded to credit card by Southern Cross Beach House; for any cancellations less than one week prior to arrival: additional deposit will not be refunded to credit card by Southern Cross Beach House. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
