Booking Policies
- Payment:
Credit card details are required by the i-escape system to secure the reservation initially. No charge will be made to the credit card.
Guarantee deposit of 50% is required within 7 days to be paid directly to Spacio Loft by bank transfer only. Details will be provided in your confirmation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Spacio Loft 1 month prior to arrival, also by bank transfer.
Spacio Loft does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by bank transfer only - Cancellation Fees:
More than 30 days before arrival: 50% of total Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of total
