Booking Policies
- Payment:
Guarantee deposit of 50% of total is charged in local currency by Sri Lanta 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival for stays during the peak period.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Sri Lanta in local currency at time of stay.

Low Season (1 May - 31 Oct): more than 5 days*: deposit refunded less cost of 2 room nights per room, 5 days* or less: deposit not refunded. Change to booking must be made more than 7 days* prior to arrival, otherwise considered as cancellation
