Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Sri Villas two months prior to arrival in high season and one month prior to arrival in low season.
Sri Villas does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer only. - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations the initial 20% is non refundable. For cancellations after payment of the balance: if the property is relet, the balance will be refunded, less a US$100 administration fee and whatever bank charges are incurred. If the property is not relet, unfortunately no refunds can be made. Sri Villas reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment of the balance is not received in time.
