Guarantee deposit of €300 cash is charged in local currency by The 5 Rooms upon arrival if you're booking an apartment.

Any cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival (or 30 days when booking an Apartment) will incur the full cost of the stay (100%), as originally booked and confirmed.
