Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
For low season an additional 30% is charged by The Byron at Byron in local currency 4 weeks prior to arrival with the outstanding balance to be paid directly to The Byron at Byron 7 days before arrival.
For high season an additonal 50% is charged by the Byron at Byron in local currency at time of confirmation with the outstanding balance to be paid directly to The Byron at Byron 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted by The Byron at Byron: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners
2.5% surcharge for using Amex and Diners (Diners for balance payment to hotel only) or 1.8% for using Visa or Mastercard - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival (or 30 days in Peak Season) the second deposit of 30% will also be retained by The Byron at Byron Resort & Spa. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
