Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation. This is a holding deposit pending receipt within 3 working days of the property's own booking form & passport copies to The Gecko , when the booking will be confirmed.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to The Gecko 12 weeks prior to arrival either charged to credit card valid through date of departure from the Gecko (by PayPal), or by Sterling or Euro cheque, or by bank transfer.
A £350 Damages Deposit is also required - assuming no damage this will be returned as soon as possible after the end of the rental and within a maximum of 28 days.
