Booking Policies

Guarantee deposit of 50% of total is charged in dollars by Tulum Beach Houses upon reservation. Email agreement will be sent upon confirmation to be returned to Tulum beach houses agreeing to terms and conditions.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Tulum Beach Houses in dollars 45 days prior to arrival.
