Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional non-refundable deposit of the balance if staying 1 night, 1 night's stay if staying 2-3 nights, or 30% of total if staying 4+ nights is charged by U Palazzu Serenu in local currency within 7 days.
Any outstanding balance is to be paid directly to U Palazzu Serenu at time of stay by credit card.

In the event of all cancellations, both deposits are fully non-refundable, although the second deposit may be transferred to a future booking. In addition, any cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in the remaining balance of the stay as originally booked and confirmed through i-escape being charged to your credit card by U Palazzu Serenu. This is also the case for no-shows and early departures.
