Booking Policies

Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation, and within 14 days you must send a 50% deposit payment by bank transfer or by US$ cheque to their US booking office.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Verana in local currency 30 days prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted by Verana to guarantee the reservation, and to pay your final bill: Mastercard, Visa. - Cancellation Fees:
INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS Full refund, less US$75.00 cancellation fee to cover booking expense, will be granted if cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date (60 days for bookings during the Christmas/New Year holiday season). After the cancellation deadline, payment is not refundable. GROUP BOOKINGS (4 or more houses) Full refund, less US$150 cancellation fee, for cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival; 50% refund, less US$150 cancellation fee, if 60–89 days; 59 days or less—no refund.
