If you are looking for somewhere which offers the flexibility of
self-catering and extra space, and with the use of a pool right in
the heart of Deia, our latest discovery Ca'n Marsal is ideal. Owned
by and next door to s'Hotel d'es Puig, one of our
favourite hotels in the village, Ca'n Marsal is a simple 3-bedroom
house perfect for a family or two couples looking to share. It is a
traditional old Mallorquin townhouse, retaining original features
such as green shutters, honey coloured stone and tiled floors, with
touches of Ikea style - and is reasonably-priced.
Located in the centre of Deia, it is just a stroll down the hill to
enjoy all wonders that this pretty hilltop village has to offer -
excellent (including Michelin-star) restaurants, a couple of lively
bars, small boutiques and arty shops. Deia's small cove with its
shingle beach is a 5-minute drive or a 40-minute walk away.

- Fragrant and spacious garden with shaded terrace and lemon and orange trees
- Spectacular mountain views (from the garden and upstairs terrace)
- Use of the hotel's swimming pool next door (a rarity in Deia - most rental properties in the village are without)
- The location in the heart of Mallorca's hippest village
Lows
- No air-conditioning (stand-alone fans available)
- Only one bathroom in the whole property
- Small sitting room, with one sofa and armchair - fine if you don't plan to spend too much time in it with too many people.
- Not available in August.
