Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional non-refundable deposit of 25% of total is charged by Xenon Estate in local currency within 7 days. In addition, you must fax or email a signed agreement to Xenon Estate confirming that you accept their general terms and conditions.
Outstanding balance is paid directly to Xenon Estate 30 days prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer (sender pays transfer cost).
