  • Payment:
    Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
    Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Yadis Camp Ksar Ghilane in local currency.
    Yadis Camp Ksar Ghilane does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by Cash only
  • Cancellation Fees:
    For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival: full balance payment will be made to credit card by i-escape on behalf of Yadis Camp Ksar Ghilane. For any group bookings of 10 or more, cancellations less than 1 week prior to arrival will be charged full balance payment by i-escape on behalf of Yadis Camp Ksar Ghilane; for group bookings of 20 or more, cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to arrival will be charged full balance payment by i-escape on behalf of Yadis Camp Ksar Ghilane. In the event of premature departure full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

Although it calls itself a camp, it’s really a hotel with tents instead of rooms - and a very stylish hotel at that. There's a smart restaurant serving French and Bedouin cuisine, a cool bar for chilling out, various boutiques selling local crafts, all built in Berber style around a central courtyard. And the height of indulgence: a gorgeous swimming pool fed by a natural spring, softening the arid desert landscape like a jade oasis. From the restored watchtower there are magnificent views over the Great Eastern Erg: ripples of apricot sand stretching to the horizon like waves on a vast ocean. Explore them by camel or 4x4, and you will find billowing dunes, eerie salt pans and crumbling Roman forts - an other-worldly landscape which you might recognise from early Star Wars movies or The English Patient.
