    Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation. In addition, full balance payment is required at time of confirmation payable directly to Zamas by credit card payment, PAYPAL or personal cheque (in US$) only. Details will be provided in your confirmation.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    In the event of all cancellations, the initial deposit and 1 night's accommodation are forfeit. In addition, any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed. Notice of change or cancellation MUST be sent by email - email address released upon confirmation of booking.
