A 3-night deposit is required to confirm reservations for 3 nights or more. For reservations less than 3 nights, the full amount will be required. For stays falling between December 22 and January 5 and the entire month of February, a full prepayment must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.

A city/tourist tax of 2 USD per room per night will be added to your final bill.

All cancellations must be made in writing, and will take effect when a confirmation of receipt of the cancellation is received from Jamaica Inn. For all cancellations more than 30 days for dates in the winter season (15 December– 15 April) or 14 days in the summer season (16 April - 14 December), and more than 45 days for dates for Thanksgiving Week (approx 23-29 November), Christmas and New Year (23 December - 4 January) and the entire month of February, no charges will be made; cancellations received after these times result in forfeit of one night's deposit in the summer season; of three nights' deposit in winter season, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas and New Year; and cancellations received less than 30 days for Thanksgiving Week, Christmas and New Year result in forfeit of full cost of stay. No deposit refund is made in the event of a 'No Show'. A refund for early check-out is at the discretion of the Management; no refunds for early check-out permitted during Christmas and New Year.
