Full amount is to be paid directly to Southern Ocean Lodge in local currency 2 month prior to arrival.
In Peak Season (mid Dec - mid Jan) a non-refundable payment of 1 night's accomodation will be charged within 14 days of making the reservation.
Credit cards accepted by Southern Ocean Lodge: Mastercard, Visa or American Express. 2.5% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
Best All Inclusive Rate
For cancellations less than 2 months prior to arrival, 50% of prepayment is refunded. For cancellations less than 1 month prior to arrival, 100% of payment shall be forfeited. No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival, any unused services or usused nights due to flight / weather disruption. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
