Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Additional deposit of 2 or 3 nights (depending on season) is charged by Anse Chastanet in local currency upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Anse Chastanet at time of stay by credit card except for Christmas/New Year bookings, when full prepayment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted by Anse Chastanet: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners - Cancellation Fees:
In the event of all cancellations, the initial deposit is fully non-refundable. In addition, any cancellations made less than 65 days prior to arrival for Christmas/New Year bookings, less than 21 days prior to arrival in Peak Season (2 Jan - 15 April) and less than 14 days prior to arrival in Low (1 June - 31 Oct) or Mid Season (16 April - 31 May and 1 Nov - 19 Dec) will forfeit the second deposit. Christmas/New Year reservations are fully non refundable if cancelled or amended within 3 weeks of arrival. There's no refund for no-shows at any time.
