Apartments Santa Catalina
Palma, Mallorca
Two stylish apartments in Palma's up and coming Santa Catalina district
If you want to live in Palma as a local, then try staying at one of
these apartments in the leafy neighbourhood of Santa Catalina. They
feel well protected from any tourist traps, yet excellent
restaurants are a stone's throw away, and the old city with its
chic boutiques and galleries is just a 10-minute walk. During the
day residents go about their daily business, whether it be chatting
in one of the cafes or tapas bars or buying fresh seafood and
Mallorquin wine from the market.
The Swedish owner has transformed each of these apartments into
clean and stylish living spaces: walls have been knocked
down to form large open areas while original features, including
the wooden beamed ceilings and painted shutters, have been
retained. Simple lines, designer furniture and white ceramic stone
work well to create relaxing and elegant settings. Each has
distinctive features and each is a perfect city bolt hole.
