Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
For Peak Season bookings, outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Casa Colvale upon confirmation of booking; at other times, the balance is payable at time of stay.
Credit cards accepted by Casa Colvale: Mastercard, Visa - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial 15% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations 28-7 days prior to arrival: additional charge of 1 night will be made to credit card by Casa Colvale; for any cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, or for no-show / early departure: the full balance, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged to your card by Casa Colvale. For Peak Season bookings: full payment is due upon confirmation and no refunds will be made. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
