Booking Policies

Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza at time of stay by credit card. During Easter and April Fair a form must be signed and the balance is charged one month before the arrival date.

For all cancellations, the initial deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival: additional charge of 1 night will be made to credit card by Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza. For any cancellations less than 1 month prior to arrival for stays during Easter and April Fari: the full balance will be charged to credit card by Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
