Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Hospes Palacio del Bailio in local currency.

For all cancellations, the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 48 hours, or 1 week in Peak Season, prior to arrival: an additional charge of 1 night's stay will be made to credit card by Hospes Palacio del Bailio. In the event of premature departure or no-shows, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
