Booking Policies
- Payment:
Credit card details are required by the i-escape system to secure the reservation initially. No charge will be made to the credit card.
Guarantee deposit of 30% of total is required within 7 days to be paid directly to L'Ancienne Poste by Bank Transfer only. Details will be provided in your confirmation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to L'Ancienne Poste 95 days prior to arrival.
L'Ancienne Poste does NOT accept credit cards. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer only - Cancellation Fees:
All Peak Season bookings will incur the 30% deposit if cancelled. At other times of year, cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will have the deposit refunded (minus an administrative fee). Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will lose the deposit. We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
