Booking Policies
- Payment:
A guarantee deposit of 50% of the total is to be paid to Makalali Private game Reserve upon confirmation. The remaining balance is payable directly to Makalali Private Game Reserve 2 weeks prior to arrival by credit card. For booking made within 2 weeks of arrival, full balance is payable at the time of confirmation.
Credit cards accepted by Makalali Private Game Reserve: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners - Cancellation Fees:
For reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, any cancellations are subject to cancellation fee equal to 50% of the entire stay. Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival will avoid cancellation fees if cancelled within 72 hrs. For any cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged.
