Booking Policies
- Payment:
Non-refundable guarantee deposit is charged in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP) by i-escape upon reservation.
Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to Pacuare Lodge 30 days prior to arrival by credit card. For the Christmas period full payment must be received at least 45 days prior to arrival.
Credit cards accepted by Pacuare Lodge: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. There is a 4% credit card supplement on balance payment. - Cancellation Fees:
For all cancellations, the initial 15% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival: additional charge equal to the per person first night charge (accommodation and meals) plus an additional 4% of the full extent of stay to cover credit card commission less deposit will not be refunded to credit card by Pacuare Lodge; for any cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival: no refunds will be given. For the Christmas period and group bookings, cancellations must be received 45 days prior to arrival or full balance payment is forfeit. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
