2020 may have been an annus horribilis for travel, but the silver lining for us – and no doubt for many of you – has been discovering the beauty on our own shores. Between lockdowns, we combed Britain’s most scenic corners, from Cornwall to Colonsay, seeking out the best small hotels and hideaways for a truly unforgettable staycation in 2021.

The VACAY prize
One lucky winner will win a year’s supply of VACAY cocktails in addition to a £500 i-escape voucher.

Five runners-up will each receive an i-escape gift voucher worth £100, which can be used when booking any property on i-escape – including any of the hotels and cottages in our Staycation Awards shortlist.
So if one of them takes your fancy when voting, bookmark it and – if you win – you can put the voucher towards a stay there next year!
Note that gift vouchers will be issued to winners electronically, unless a postal address is supplied.

The following 5 i-escape vouchers will be given away as prizes:

The i-escape voucher must be redeemed within 3 months of being received, although the stay itself can happen any time after that.
This voucher and any giveaway vouchers may not be amalgamated with other vouchers.

For stays with a value greater than the voucher in question, the balance will be payable upon booking.
For stays with a value less than the voucher in question, a balance voucher will be issued for the difference.
VACAY is our competition partner and will supply one winner with a years supply of cocktails, which equates to one crate of cocktails each month for the 12 months following the announcement of a winner.
