Hands up, Bridgerton fans! If you’re as excited as we are about season 3 hitting our screens soon, here’s a little treat. We’ve compiled a collection of the most beautiful English hotels and houses where you too could live it up like the Bridgertons. All evoke the swoony romance of Regency-era England and are close to some of the show’s most beautiful filming locations.

The Bird, Bath

If you want to throw yourself headfirst into the Bridgerton fandom, start in Bath. Season 3 will take us back to this handsome Regency city, whose iconic Royal Cresent features throughout the series, doubling up as Mayfair. A 10-minute walk from here lies The Bird, a flamboyant hotel with eye-catching art and a fabulous terrace for cocktails and views across to Bath Abbey. From the hotel you can book yourself onto a Bridgerton tour, a 2-hour specialised stroll around filming locations across the city, taking in the Featherington abode, Gunter’s Tea Shop, the Modiste dress shop, Siena’s dwelling and the market.

No. 15 by GuestHouse, Bath

Or consider staying at elegant No. 15 by Guesthouse, which has a swoony location on one of Bath’s grandest avenues, between the iconic Pulteney Bridge and the gorgeous Holburne Museum – also known as Lady Danbury’s home. Inside the hotel expect sweeping curtains, crystal chandeliers, a dainty spa, and a help-yourself pantry filled with treats.

Durslade Farmhouse, Somerset

If you’re planning a getaway for a whole bunch of Bridgerton enthusiasts, look no further than Durslade Farmhouse. This truly unique rental is set in the grounds of a famous contemporary art gallery, and its six spacious rooms feature dazzling art installations. As an i-escape guest, you will be treated to a complimentary farm shop hamper on arrival. Whilst it doesn’t showcase typical Regency-era interiors, we think the Bridgertons would adore the artsy vibe here. Plus, it’s located near Bath, so you can still visit some iconic Bridgerton filming locations.

Blenheim Cottage, Oxfordshire

the i-escape blog / 6 palatial properties where you can live like a Bridgerton / Blenheim Cottage

Blenheim Palace first appeared as Buckingham House in the Bridgerton spin-off series, Queen Charlotte, but it has a place in the mother show in season 3. You can stay within the grounds of this majestic palace, at the gatehouse that guards the back entrance. Blenheim Cottage is set at the end of a magical forest path, with a babbling brook and stunning, sprawling gardens right outside. Better yet, it’s only 25 mins from Kingston Bagpuize House and 45 mins from Claydon House, two of the new locations in Bridgerton series 3, while Basildon Park and Stowe Gardens (recurring locations) are 45 minutes away – talk about being in the heart of the Bridgerton triangle!

Hazlitt’s, London

If you’re touring Bridgerton sights, you can’t not go to London. For a plush stay, Hazlitt’s is perfect. Named after the renowned essayist (a former resident here), this quirky hotel is decorated with original 18th-century furnishings, such as rugs, antique beds, and richly painted walls hung with original artworks. From this sought-after Soho address, stroll to Woburn Walk in Bloomsbury, which will feature as a shopping street in season 3, or catch the tube to Chiswick House, sighted in some church and carriage scenes.

Batty Langley’s, London

Batty Langley’s reminds me of the famous inn scene from the first season of Bridgerton, where Simon confesses his burning love to Daphne. Set inside converted 18th-century townhouses, its rooms are named for local Georgian notables, from aristocrats to vagabonds (Batty Langley himself was an architect), and they feature restored antiques, oil paintings and original four-posters. From here you can head out to the Royal Navy College in Greenwich, which doubles as Mayfair market in the series, and nearby Ranger’s House, aka the Bridgerton family home.
