Split Airport (SPU) is the second largest in Croatia. Airlines serving the airport include Aeroflot, Air Berlin, Austrian Airlines, Croatia Airlines, easyJet, Flybe, Germanwings, Jet2.com, Lufthansa, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Scandinavian Airlines, and XL Airways France.

Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) is the third largest in Croatia, and served among others by BA, easyjet, Flybe, Jet2, Monarch and Thomson from the UK; and by Croatia Airlines, Germanwings, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Scandinavian Airlines, and Vueling.

Zadar Airport (ZAD) is a small regional airport on the Dalmatian coast. Airlines serving the airport include Air Alps, Croatia Airlines, Germanwings, Lufthansa, Ryanair, and various charter airlines during the summer months.

Korcula island is served by daily seaplane flights from Split and Dubrovnik with European Coastal Airlines.
